- Professional information (brokerage name, real estate license number, DRE#, credentials, designations)

- Login credentials
Brand and Marketing Data:
- Brand Kit information (logo, colors, fonts, brand guidelines)
- Voice & Tone preferences (writing style, personality, dos/don'ts)
- Strategy Playbook data (target audience, content pillars, goals, market area)
- Custom templates you upload
Listing Data:
- Property addresses, descriptions, pricing, and details
- Property photos, videos, 3D tours, floorplans
- Open house schedules and lead capture information
- Marketing materials associated with listings
Content and Communications:
- Social media content (posts, captions, graphics) you create or approve
- Print marketing designs
- Messages to Brandon (AI assistant)
- Customer support communications
Payment Information:
- We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle payments. We do not directly store your full credit card number. We receive and store billing name, billing address, last four digits of your card, and transaction history.
Third-Party Account Credentials:
- When you connect social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) or other integrations, we receive and store authentication tokens that allow us to publish and manage content on your behalf. We do not store your social media passwords.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
Usage Data:
- Pages viewed, features used, actions taken within the Service
- Session duration, login frequency, and interaction patterns
- Device type, operating system, browser type, and version
- IP address and approximate location (city/region level)
Website Analytics (Your Agent/Listing Websites):
- If you create agent or listing websites through the Service, we collect analytics on visitors to those websites, including page views, referral sources, and engagement metrics

- We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. See Section 6 for details.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
Social Media Platforms:
- When you connect social accounts, we receive profile information, follower counts, engagement data, and post performance metrics as authorized by those platforms' APIs
Brokerage/Team Admins:
- If you are added to a Team/Brokerage Plan, your Admin may provide your name and email to invite you to the platform
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
(a) Provide and Operate the Service
- Create and manage your Account
- Generate AI-powered marketing content through Brandon based on your Brand Kit, Voice & Tone, and Strategy data
- Publish and schedule content to your connected social media accounts
- Build and host agent and listing websites
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
(b) Personalize Your Experience
- Tailor Brandon's content generation to match your brand voice and strategy
- Provide personalized recommendations and insights
- Remember your preferences and settings
(c) Analytics and Reporting
- Provide you with performance analytics on your content, social media, and websites
- Provide Admins with aggregate and per-agent analytics on Team/Brokerage Plans
(d) Improve the Service
- Analyze usage patterns to improve features and user experience
- Identify and fix bugs and technical issues
- Develop new features and capabilities
(e) Communications
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts)
- Send product updates and feature announcements
- Send marketing communications (with your consent, and with the ability to opt out)
(f) Safety and Compliance
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms
- Comply with legal obligations
- Enforce our Terms of Service
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
3.1 Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, including:

- AI/ML service providers — to power Brandon's content generation capabilities

3.2 Social Media Platforms
When you connect social accounts and publish content through the Service, your content (including any personal or property information in that content) is transmitted to those platforms per your instructions.
3.3 Team/Brokerage Admins
If you are on a Team/Brokerage Plan, your Admin may access:
- Your listings, content, and content calendar
- Your analytics and performance data
- Your brand compliance status
Your Admin does NOT have access to your login credentials, personal payment information (billing is centralized), or private Brandon conversations.
3.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
3.5 Business Transfers
If BrandToClose is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and any choices you may have.
3.6 With Your Consent
We may share your information in other ways if you give us explicit consent.
4. AI AND YOUR DATA
4.1 How Brandon Uses Your Data. Brandon generates content based on your Brand Kit, Voice & Tone settings, Strategy Playbook, and listing data. This data is processed by AI models to produce marketing content that matches your brand.
4.2 No Cross-Customer Training. We do not use your User Content, brand data, listing data, or Generated Content to train AI models for other customers. Your data is used solely to provide the Service to you.
4.3 AI Model Providers. Brandon may utilize third-party AI models (e.g., large language models) to generate content. When your data is sent to these providers for processing, it is transmitted securely and subject to our data processing agreements with those providers. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their general models.
4.4 Generated Content. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing all Generated Content before use. See our Terms of Service for more details.
5. DATA RETENTION
5.1 Active Accounts. We retain your information for as long as your Account is active and as needed to provide the Service.
5.2 After Cancellation. After your subscription ends, we retain your data for 90 days to allow you to reactivate or export your data. After 90 days, we may permanently delete your data.
5.3 Legal Obligations. We may retain certain information longer as required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes) or to resolve disputes.
5.4 Published Content. Content you published to third-party platforms through the Service remains on those platforms per their own retention policies, even after you cancel BrandToClose.
6. COOKIES AND TRACKING

6.4 Managing Cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

- Know what personal information we collect, use, and share
- Delete your personal information (subject to certain exceptions)

- Disconnect third-party social media accounts at any time through your Account settings
7.3 Response Time
We will respond to verifiable privacy requests within 45 days (or as required by applicable law). We may request verification of your identity before processing requests.
8. DATA SECURITY
8.1 Security Measures. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
- Secure authentication and access controls
- Regular security assessments
- Limited employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
